5.798km Interval Training - Golden Gate Walkway

Unfortunately, I did not manage to get a run in at lunchtime, so instead I did my first ever structured interval training session after work along the Golden Gate Walkway very near to where I live.

The Golden Gate Walkway is 367 metres long. Following a warm up jog to the start from home (330 metres), I performed 14 structured repetitions of 367 metres, followed by a warm down jog back home (330 meters).

Above: Golden Gate Walkway, Sandymoor, Runcorn (367 metres).

Want to do some interval training myself with the aim of being able to run faster for longer before I fade.

Going to the pub tonight for some brown medicine !
