I managed to miss the "proper" rain that took place all morning, as it was only spitting mildly during my run.
Afterwards, I got showered and changed (taking only 15 minutes) to find that it was raining extremely heavily once again - now that's what I call lucky!

somehow I've managed to hurt my this evening in the kitchen. Its dead sore right now (8pm) so just hope it sort itself out overnight.
