I ran the Park Loop Anticlockwise in a good time of 19:26 today - have I peaked too early considering that John will be joining me for a run tomorrow?
Weather: cloudy and spitting rain at first, then at about the 2.2km mark, it began to rain properly for the remainder of the run.
