At 7:00pm, the hooter was sounded and John and I amongst 168 runners started the 3rd Wirral Seaside Run of the season. We also met up with Steve (a former workmate of ours).I ran the course in a personal best time and also in my first sub-20 time 19:57. Steve's time was 20:56 and John's time was 21:02.

Howdy Michael. Good to see you the other day. Your use of the HRM is bothering me slightly. Please don't start wearing one to do the gardening. I think you know who I'm talking about :)
