I ran the Park Loop Anticlockwise with my old running buddy - John. It was nice to run at a pace where we could both talk at times.
The Stats
4.45km (2.77m) in a time of 20:42, giving an average speed of 12.899kmh (8.015mph) and an average pace of 4:39 per km (7:29 per mile). HRavg 163 HRmax 171, and 300kcals.
