Andy went to Sheffield today, so I arrived into work at 8:15am and went for a much longer than usual 10.17km run in a time of 47:39. I ran the Pewterspear Anticlockwise Loop, immediately followed by the Park Loop Extra Anticlockwise.
It was very windy today, especially along the whole length of the Pewterspear Green Road, Longwood Road, and down the Pewterspear Old Garden Path which effected my overall time.
