My first pre-season friendly!
I could not use my new boots as the surface was bone dry, so I used my old trainer style boots instead. The grass still acted as a soft cushion which makes a change to running on much harder surfaces like tarmac.
The match went well, as both teams played the game in the true spirit of a friendly.
