It was extremely warm and extremely humid again. Today's effort was the best I could manage given the weather conditions.
Considering I had a half day's holiday this afternoon for my wife's second scan of our unborn 19 week old baby, which went well by the way, I would have normally taken advantage and run a bit further... but not today - it was far too warm!
Instead I ran the basic Park Loop. Then I had a cold shower before going poolside for a jacuzzi for 15 or so minutes, followed by another cold shower in an attempt to cool down... which kinda worked... then onto the hospital for the very important second scan.
