The weather was sunny and extremely humid again! Also, my left eye is sore and swollen, probably from high pollen counts. This made my head feel a little light. So, I decided all things considered, a time on feet shorter trot was most appropriate today.
I just wish that the humidity would drop... all us runners want is some air to breathe... oh and no allergy associated issues!
