Birthday Jog

I was far too busy yesterday to even venture out at lunchtime. There were too many urgent tasks that had to be done and done quickly.

However, today is my birthday, so I went for a nice and easy jog around the Park Loop in a confortable time of 22:03. Well, I didn't want to go pushing myself today of all days... it was all about getting out in the fresh air and gaining some more time on feet.

Beer, indian meal, and birthday cake later... well once a year you're allowed surely!
