It was a mad rush back from The Lakes at 12:30pm, so that I had enought time to eat some "beans on toast" before being picked up at 4:30pm, for a 7:45pm kick-off at Colwyn Bay's ground.
My hip was still a bit sore, but I could coped with it. I had hoped it would have improved by now.
A bit of a late one, arriving back home at 11:40pm. Still, no work the following morning!
