A little faster Park Loop

Another Park Loop, albeit 40 seconds faster today on an even colder day than yesterday.

I'm certainly getting used to my MP3 player now - how did I do without it before? Listened to the remainder of Katie Melua's Pictures.

Hay there. I was just passing by your blog and wanted to stop by and say hello.

Have to say your position as an aasistant referee is really a difficult job, and I think many people forget that.

I appreciate you can't always be right, and I'm certainly not here to lambast you for anything you do professionally, but to say that I respect you for what you're doing, and I respect the time and effort you've been putting in, to try and improve your own health and fitness.

I wanted to wish you luck for the coming year. No doubt in your job you're going to get stick, and criticism for every little thing some guy can't agree with, that you do, even if you're sticking ardently to the guidelines, and I don't evny you for your position, but I respect you for it.

I wanted to say as well, if you need any motivation, or even to just get diet advice, or just give support and help to others, etc etc, whatever reason, I run a messageboard called Steelmuscle, which you can find on my blog, and you'll be most welcome to stop by and see us anytime.
