Running in a wind tunnel

It was wet, damp, cold, and very windy once again! Difficult running conditions, especially when you're are also tired from lack of sleep feeding a hungry baby! Worth it though.

Still, sometimes it's more about putting one foot in front of the other and doing your best to continue going despite running in what felt like wind tunnel conditions. In fact, in some places it was extremely difficult to run against the gusting head on winds that did more to prevent forward motion at any meaningful speed.

I am required to go to our Sheffield office tomorrow, which means that I will unfortunately miss out on a run. This is disappointing, because I am really trying to exercise every day except only for Sundays.
