I did not feel particularly up for a run again today. However, once I got going, well... I got going!
This is my best I have run for sometime. Perhaps my fitness level is about to come back again - I certainly hope so.
My first mile was 6:51, which again is my best for some time, especially considering you have to stop and negotiate three individual kissing gates enroute.
Also, my overall completion time was 19:39 - my first sub-20 of 2007.
