My first run in a week! Well, a jog to be honest...
Bank Holiday Monday, far too busy Tuesday, in the Lakes for a Wedding Wednesday, and Travelling back Thursday. Strange old week.
Tomorrow, I have an Assistant Referee appointment, so only a jog for me today - but that's better than the rest of the week put together I suppose.
