4.45km Park Loop Anticlockwise in 20:42

My fitness level is improving but still not back to my usual level.

This especially follows my knee injury, work commitments, and general recent busy lifestyle. My training during the end of July and August took a severe tumble.

You can tell how hard I was working today by my HRavg, HRmax, and kcals, but equally may notice that my time is way off the mark for the amount of effort I put into my run.

However, I will hopefully be able to train properly and get my fitness level back once again.
