It's been three weeks since my last run and funnily enough, I've lost some fitness.
I ran the ye olde favourite Park Loop that is 4.45km in length. I ran at a reasonable pace, but you can certainly tell by my HRavg, HRmax, and kcals that I had to work really hard for something that is usually quite easy.
At the 800 metre mark, I jarred my foot that gave me a knee pain for 50 or so metres until that passed, then I lost my footing twice running down the Pewterspear Garden Path when I accidently trod on a fallen branch. After all that, I almost slipped over on some mud at the entrance to the King Street Old Roman Road. Just about managed to stay on my feet!
Still, I'm back and will be doing my best to attain my usual fitness level once again.
